At General Pants Co., we want you to love your fit, so we offer flexible returns within 30 days of purchase for both online and in-store orders. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Select your preferred return option, including a standard post label or dropping your items off at any General Pants Co. retail location for an instant exchange.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the generated shipping label, and drop it off at your nearest postal service point.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
